Description
Accumulated Time is a Passive skill for Oracles.
Gradually stores Accumulated Time stacks. Upon reaching 5 charges, the next Oracle skill cast is repeated with its skill level halved, consuming the charges.
Skill level dictates how fast you accumulate charges.
