All players begin as a Novice. From there, they can immediately change into one of the available First Jobs at the Criatura Academy, north of Izlude.
Edda doesn't have 3rd or 4rd classes, instead, those classes (but not all of them) was fully customized and is available to choose from as an advanced class instead, you can choose the path once your reach JOB 50 in your first Class.
