Description
Potent Venom is a Supportive skill for Venomancers.
Coats the user's weapon with a potent venom. While active, dealing damage has a chance to cause a Venomous Wound depending on skill level. Each Wound increases damage taken by the target by 1% for 10 seconds. The Wounds stack, but each one has its own independent duration.
