Increase SP Recovery

Description

Increase SP Recovery is a Passive skill used by Wizard only.

Restore SP every 10 seconds while idle. MaxSP affects how much SP is restored by this skill.

1	5 + 10% of Max SP
2	10 + 20% of Max SP
3	15 + 30% of Max SP
4	20 + 40% of Max SP
5	25 + 50% of Max SP
6	30 + 60% of Max SP
7	35 + 70% of Max SP
8	40 + 80% of Max SP
9	45 + 90% of Max SP
10	50 + 100% of Max SP
