Description
Crescive Bolt is a Physical Ranged skill for Rangers.
Fires a shot that grants 1 stack of Crescive Wind, up to a maximum of 5. Additionally, each cast has a 25% chance to activate True Sight at the learned level.
The final damage of this skill is increased by 1% per DEX.
