Overview
Dispell is an Active Supportive skill used by Sage only.
Allows the caster to remove most of positive and negative effects from a target.
Can be used on the caster.
Cooldown
Level 1 - Cooldown: 15 seconds
Level 2 - Cooldown: 13 seconds
Level 3 - Cooldown: 11 seconds
Level 4 - Cooldown: 9 seconds
Level 5 - Cooldown: 7 seconds
