Overview
Lightning Bolt is a single target magical skill used by Sage and Wizard. Its one of the 4 bolts available on both classes, and is required to learn Thunder Storm.
Shares a global delay of 0.75 Seconds on all skills. No Internal Cooldown.

50% MATK per hit.
Leave the target with Lightning Infused for 5 seconds, receiving more 10% from bolt skills, and if the target is already afected by it has 50% to Bind the target. Final Damage is increase by 1% per INT.
