Description
Quaqmire is an ground Debuff skill used by Wizard only.
Reduce the Move Speed, AGI and DEX of all thargets by Half, AGI and DEX reduce is capped at 50. Players will only receive half of the effect.

Level 1 - AGI/DEX -10%, Duration: 12 Seconds
Level 2 - AGI/DEX -20%, Duration: 14 Seconds
Level 3 - AGI/DEX -30%, Duration: 16 Seconds
Level 4 - AGI/DEX -40%, Duration: 18 Seconds
Level 5 - AGI/DEX -50%, Duration: 20 Seconds
