Shares a global delay of 0.75 Seconds on all skills. No Internal Cooldown.

Damage

50% MATK per hit.

Leave the target with Fire Infused for 5 seconds, receiving 10% more damage from bolt skills, if the target is already afected by it has 50% to Burn the target. Deals 50% more damage if the target is afflicted with Petrify.

Final Damage is increase by 1% per INT.
