Description
Summons a huge lightning spear from the sky and inflicts Wind magic damage to 1 target and surrounding enemies.
Has a chance to inflict Stun for 1 second. If the target hit is affected by Lightning Rod, the Stun chance is doubled.
Final damage increases by 1% per INT.
