Description

Lord of Vermilion is a Offensive magical ground AOE in a 13x13 area skill used by Wizard only.

Besides dealing 16 Hits, vermilion is one of the skills that conects all hits with the first. Lord of Vermilion also have a chance to cause Blind when hit, blind chance is reduced by the target resistence.

Final Damage is increase by 1% per INT.
