Description
Summons a lightning spear from the sky, dealing Wind magic damage to a target and nearby enemies.
Has a chance to inflict Stun for 1 second. If the main target is affected by Lightning Rod, the Stun chance is doubled.
Final damage increases by 1% per INT.
