Description
Double Casting is an Active Supportive skill used by Sage only.
Enable certain skills to be cast again after being cast by a chance.
Affected skills: Fire Bolt, Cold Bolt, Lightning Bolt, Earth Spike, Heaven's Drive, Thunder Storm and Fireball
