Description
Temporal Mending is a Supportive skill for Oracles.
Manipulates the target's timeline, reverting wounds and healing the target.
If inside a Chrono Field, has an additional effect depending on the field state, these effects cannot stack, only be overwritten by a more powerful instance:
- Wind Up: Excess healing is converted into charge, increasing the targets next instance of damage.
- Slow Down: Excess healing is converted into a barrier that absorbs damage.
