Description
Cold bolt is a Offensive single target magical skill used by Sage and Wizard. Its one of the 4 bolts available on both classes, and is required to learn Frost Diver.
Damage
50% MATK per hit.
Leave the target with Cold Infused for 5 seconds, receiving more 10% from bolt skills, and if the target is already afected by it has 50% to Freeze the target. Final Damage is increase by 1% per INT.
