Random Options are additional effects added to gear when it is dropped from any monster. Items will have 1 to 4 random options attached to it, depending on the type of equipment.
Random options appear as additional effects after the item description:
Each option type (ATK, MATK, stats, etc...) is rolled first with equal chance for each type. The numerical range is then rolled, with an equal chance to all possible values.
Non-Weapons 
Here you can check all available options for Armors, Accessories and Shadow gear. Each piece of equipment have their own bonus table, and some of them may have more than 1 bonus.
Lower headgear is the only equipment without options.

Weapons 
All weapons have the same possible 1st and 2nd options. You can acquire weapons with 3 bonuses, and the first 2 bonuses are from the first option table. The 3rd option however is fixed and it depends on the weapon type.
