Description
Temporal Release is a Supportive skill for Oracles.
Enters a state in which you release Accumulated Time charges when casting Sage damaging skills. In this state, skills which are normally double-cast by Accumulated Time do not consume stacks and do not double-cast.
While active, when a Sage damaging skill is cast, 1 charge is spent to:
- Reduce cast time by 90%
- Remove the skill's cooldown
- Remove the skill's aftercast delay
- Increase its final damage by 30%
- Double Cast it at 100% chance
If there are no Accumulated Time charges, the skill is cast normally. If you acquire a charge between starting the cast and before ending it, you will consume a charge to grant all benefits besides reducing the cast time.
